Parent/Guardian Consent: By checking the box below, I confirm that I am the legal parent/guardian of the participant. I consent to their participation in AI Bootcamp and acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the program guidelines.

Code of Conduct Agreement 10. I acknowledge that all participants are expected to behave respectfully, responsibly, and safely throughout the program. I understand that AI Bootcamp reserves the right to remove any student from the program for inappropriate Behaviour.
